In addition Gatco established in the same company five major divisions for building contracting, electro- mechanical contracting, carpentry contracting, commercial division and international agencies division, Gatco established their branch company in Iraq in 1997.

Al Barook Building Contracting CO LLC- Ajman started its business in the year 2004 and has signed different buildings in Ajman,   4 major construction sites in Ajman (two projects in Al Naimiya, one in Bustan and the other in al Remala). The detailed information as are follows:

Al Faisal Building

Ajman site (1) Al Nuaimiah area, behind G.M.C. hospital .ground floor, mezzanine + 7 floors .execution will be completed by 15/09/2006.  Cost of the building after finishing is dhs. 40,000,000.00 (dhs. forty million only) and it is owned by our concern company international resource projects gen. trd. est.

Al Kargh building

Ajman site (2) Nuaimiah area near emirates market g. floor + 10 floors will be complete by 31/12/2006. The building cost after finishing is dhs. 25,000,000.00 (dhs. twenty-five million only) and it is owned by our concern company international resource projects gen. trd. est.

Al Narjes

Ajman site (3) the Bustan area g. floor + 7 floors to be finish by 1-11-2006 .cost of the building after finishing is dhs. 10,000,000.00 (dhs. ten million only) and it is owned by our concern company international resource projects gen. trd. est.

Ajman site (4) Al Remala - Al Karama area g. floor+ 7 floor to be finished by 1-2-2007. The building cost after finishing is dhs. 28,000,000.00 (dhs. Twenty eight million only) and it is owned by our concern company international resource projects gen. trd. est.

 Located in al bustan area 11,500 s.f. for evection of hotel and accommodation flats. Cost of the land is dhs. 5,000,000.00 owned by our concern company international resource projects gen. trd. est. And the cost of the project will be over dhs. 50 million.
