2. Seller Assistance/Representation Services
We'll help you sell your property, first by
posting it in our website. Then we present it to prospect buyers locally and
internationally. We offer two listing types:
Exclusive
Listing - in
this type of listing, we'll stake a "For Sale" sign in the
actual site of your property. This facilitates faster sale though we
cannot guarantee it. But this also means that we will be the exclusive
broker who will handle the selling of your property.
Non-Exclusive Listing - no "for Sale" sign will be placed on your
property site. We'll just post your property in our website. We don't have
exclusive rights to the selling of your property.
