Escape is a 200 acre private, gated equestrian community that will be
located in the northern emirate of Ajman. The
8.2 million square foot development features over 500 luxury villas, town
houses, low rise apartment buildings, an equestrian-themed boutique hotel, the HoofbeatZ™ Activities Center, an equine spa and therapy center, and some of the
best equestrian and sports facilities in the UAE including stabling for 200
horses.
Just 30 minutes from downtown Dubai, and located on the
Ajman-Sharjah border along the Emirates
Road, Escape
will be convenient to major urban transport and business hubs as well as
world-class dining and entertainment. Yet the community will remain a world
apart as it can offer a country, outdoor lifestyle that is unique to the Arabian Gulf region.
Bridle paths as well as jogging and biking
trails will be designed to meander through the development, and all villas will
enjoy natural views that look out at extensive landscaping and green open
areas. Residents of Escape will have
the use of a wide variety of sports arenas, riding indoor and outdoor
facilities, and the HoofbeatZ™ ActivitiesCenter which will feature
fun and unique equestrian-themed games, experiences and activities that are fun

Escape was conceptualized and is being developed by Equine Management
Services, one of the world’s leading developers of equine communities. The
project was launched in January 2007, and is set to be competed at the end of
2010.
