Emirates Lake Towers is ambitious
project, worth of 10 billion AED, ideally located in Ajman on the country’s
chief highway, the Emirates Road. Set in a scenic landscape of blue lakes and
green parks, the 21,000,000 sq ft. project will have 51 high rise towers designed
for residential, commercial and retail purposes, as well as a 5 Star Hotel, a
shopping arena, a mosque and a school.
Chapal
Signature will be the first commercial tower to be completed within the Emirates Lake Towers
community. Located right at the gateway to the project, this 50-storey
skyscraper offers immediate access to Emirates
