Goldcrest Properties is a newly formed part of Giga Group, a leading group with a prominent presence in the UAE, Pakistan and Africa across diverse fields such as Real estate & development, Construction, Gold refining & trading, investments and textile.

Giga Group was formed in UAE more than 50 years ago and forayed in the real estate market in 2004. Today the company’s achievements are reflected in Dubai’s famous skyline. Currently Giga Group has a multi billion dollar property portfolio across UAE & Pakistan. This has been made possible through large real estate development and construction groups such as Emaar, Al Ghurair Group, ETA Star, Bridgestone, IJM Gulf etc.

In the UAE, the group currently has three towers in Dubai, of which one has been delivered and the remaining towers will be delivered in the last quarter of 2008. 16 towers are currently under development in Ajman. Giga Group has been reputed as a leader in terms of innovation and facilities provided to customers and were recently awarded the Cityscape award for best developers of a residential project for the delivered project, Goldcrest Views.

UPCOMING PROJECT

As the first project to be delivered under the name of Goldcrest Properties, GOLDCREST SMARTCITY, comprises of eight residential towers on Emirates Road, Ajman launched on the 29^th of May, 2008. The towers will be in the form an individual cluster within an upcoming mixed use community ‘Eye of Ajman’ and developed by Bonyan International Investment Group, a reputed developer with a commendable development portfolio.
