Lucy has gained significant knowledge of real estate in both Canada and Dubai. She has been involved in Dubai since the early 1990s and has a thorough knowledge of the market. She belongs to Canadian Real Estate Association and Toronto Real Estate Board.

The department deals with the sale and leasing of apartments, houses and other types of residential property, particularly for the expatriate market. Offering full advice for landlords and sellers regarding positioning property to meet the market requirements constitutes a large part of department's activity. With a team of experienced negotiators, the primary objective of the division is to ensure that residential accommodation is marketed ethically and professionally.

Commercial Agency

The commercial agency department managed by Associate Director Mr. Jose I. Murcia, deals primarily with the leasing and sale of all types of commercial property including retail, industrial and office space. Clients represented include Barclays Bank, City Bank, Shell, Gillette, Cisco Systems etc.

An important part of department's activity is land sales.

Property Management

The property management department is dedicated to ensuring that the value of assets held by our clients in enhanced through maximizing rental income and capital returns, whether by financial planning or physical management.

Development Consultancy

With an up to date information on all market sectors we can offer our clients in-depth advice and assistance in all aspects of real estate, including help in securing project financing. We can provide various market assessments and studies, like location studies, demand and supply estimation, project feasibility and asset maximization studies.

Investments and Property Portfolio Management

The company acts for investors in both the sale and acquisition of major real estate investments utilizing our contacts in Dubai and the UAE. This includes preparation of offer documents, short-listing potential investors/partners, preparation of detailed tender documents, etc.
