The Reyam International Assurance programme involves a thorough check of the properties electrical circuits and distribution boards, the plumbing and drainage systems, the building structure and general finishes, plus the external areas that may made be prone to flooding during the winter rains. The surveys are carried out by skilled Quality Assured professionals and Engineers, who then provide the client with a report highlighting any defects found.
