Roger Wilkinson has been a regular visitor to Ajman and the UAE since 1981 and a permanent resident since 1992. Northern Emirates Property was established in 2000 with Registered offices in Ajman and Sharjah. Roger is directly involved with the all the Government projects in Ajman from the time of the original launch of Freehold projects in 2004 and also represents selected developers in various other Ajman developments.

With so many years of local knowledge, Roger has also served on a number of committees including The British Business Group, European Association, The South Africa Business Group and various other Business Groups & Networks including the establishment of Contact Networking, Dubai.
